Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled crew member to join our team. This role involves hands-on work in landscape maintenance, construction, and horticulture projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with excavation, irrigation, gardening, and general maintenance tasks. This position offers an opportunity to work outdoors on diverse projects, utilizing mechanical knowledge and various tools to ensure high-quality results. Responsibilities - Operate lawn mowers and lawn equipment such as trimmers , blowers safely and efficiently for landscaping and construction projects - Assist with irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance - Perform gardening tasks including planting, pruning, weeding, and lawn care - Conduct landscape maintenance to ensure aesthetic appeal and health of plantings - Utilize hand tools and power tools for various construction and maintenance activities - Perform routine equipment inspections and basic mechanical repairs as needed - Support team in project setup, site preparation, and cleanup activities - Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment at all times Qualifications - Prior experience with excavators, irrigation systems, gardening, or landscape maintenance is preferred - Mechanical knowledge related to construction or landscaping equipment is a plus - Proficiency with hand tools and power tools required for maintenance tasks - Robust understanding of horticulture principles and landscape care practices - Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions for extended periods - Knowledge of safety procedures related to construction and landscaping work - Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Valid driver’s license preferred for equipment operation or site travel This role is essential for maintaining the quality and efficiency of our landscaping and construction projects.
