Based in our manufacturing facility, this role is vital for ensuring the efficient production of our premium hardwood flooring. The Machine Operator will play a key part in maintaining our high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities - Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery to ensure smooth production processes. - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment. - Use hand tools and power tools for assembly and adjustments. - Manage forklift operations for material handling within the warehouse. - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work workplace. - Assist in quality control inspections to meet product standards. - Collaborate with team members to meet production targets. - Document operational activities and report issues promptly. - Qualifications - Proven experience operating manufacturing machinery. - Mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment. - Experience with forklift operation. - Familiarity with assembly processes and hand tools. - Warehouse experience is a plus. - Strong attention to safety procedures and quality standards. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Physical stamina and dexterity required for manual tasks. - Call-To-Action "Join us at Northern Wide Plank and help craft the future of beautiful hardwood floors.
