Lawn Maintenance Crew Member Terra Firma Construction LTD. Ontario Starting at $22/hour Terra Firma is looking for hardworking and reliable Lawn Maintenance Crew Members to join our growing team for the season. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their work, and work well in a team setting. As a Crew Member, you will assist with maintaining commercial and residential properties to a high standard while working alongside a crew lead and team. Responsibilities: Grass cutting, trimming, edging, and blowing Property cleanups and general landscape maintenance Assist with loading/unloading equipment and materials Operate lawn maintenance equipment safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks/trailers Follow company safety procedures and quality standards Work efficiently as part of a team Requirements: Previous lawn maintenance or landscaping experience is an asset but not required Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to lift 50+ lbs Reliable transportation to and from yard/shop Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently What We Offer: Competitive pay Opportunity for growth and advancement Supportive team environment Consistent hours during the season Hands-on training provided At Terra Firma, we value hard work, reliability, and team culture.
