Dog Handler / Trainer (Surrey)

We are looking for an experienced Dog Handler / Trainer to join our team. Responsibilities - Supervise and manage groups of dogs safely and independently - Read dog body language and perform temperament assessments - Prevent conflicts and fights before they happen - Safely intervene and break up dog fights when necessary - Leash walk dogs and perform basic behavior corrections - Maintain a calm, structured, and safe environment for all dogs Requirements: - Experience working with dogs in daycare, boarding, kennel, or training environments - Strong understanding of dog behavior and pack management - Ability to confidently handle dogs of different sizes and temperaments - Training experience is preferred Position Details: - 3-month probation period - Adaptable schedule - Approximately 20–40 hours per week depending on performance and reliability We are looking for someone dependable, alert, calm under pressure, and passionate about working with dogs.
