Youth Soccer Coach (Development & Competitive) (Surrey)

The Role We are seeking experienced, high-energy coaches to take the lead on youth teams within our club. You will be responsible for planning and executing training sessions and managing game-day tactics. Responsibilities - Lead team practices and weekend games. - Foster player development in alignment with North Surrey FC technical standards. - Maintain skilled communication with players, parents, and club directors. Requirements - Experience: Proven track record coaching youth soccer (please specify age groups in your application). - Availability: Must be available for weeknight training and weekend games. - Reliability: Consistent attendance is a non-negotiable.
