Lead the agile operations of MiTek Canada's distribution center in Surrey, BC. We're looking for an enthusiastic leader to enhance performance and manage a skilled team in daily distribution activities. As the Manager of Distribution, you will oversee all aspects of our distribution center, ensuring smooth operations including receiving, order fulfillment, and shipping functions. With 5+ years of leadership experience required, you’ll play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and optimizing efficiency through warehouse systems. Your hands-on approach will champion safety initiatives and improve service levels while collaborating with third-party logistics partners.
