Requirements: - CPA earned at a reputable accounting firm, ideally a Big 4. - 10-15 years of progressive senior finance experience in financial managerial/leadership roles, including 3+ years as a CFO or senior finance executive at a professional services firm. - Track record of redesigning and implementing efficiently designed finance functions leveraging automation. - Detail-oriented and able to synthesize complex financial data at the executive level. - Track record of career accomplishments demonstrating being energetic, driven, confident, and aspirational. - Willingness to roll up your sleeves, dig in and solve problems, plan for change, and manage companies through change in a rapid manner. - Strong ethical judgment and experience navigating and resolving complex financial issues appropriately.
