Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Studio Production Manager based in Vancouver, BC. The job of production manager is essential to the prompt and precise production and delivery of repairs, restorations and custom jewelry. More than anything else, Condesa’s reputation depends on our ability to deliver top quality custom jewelry and reliable repairs. The job requires a skilled attitude towards the staff, dependable, consistent attendance, a complete understanding of bench jewelry techniques for production and repair and a discerning eye for quality finished product and service. Qualifications Bench Requirements: Extensive Bench Jewelry experience working with gold, silver, platinum and gemstones. Laser welding experience Casting cleaning and finishing Jewelry repair including ring re-sizing, chain welding, Basic knowledge of gemstones Laser engraving experience Basic familiarity with 3d printing Management Requirements: English Fluency, reading, writing, speaking Excellent organizational skills Excellent people skills Excellent work ethic Basic computer literacy Good eye for photography Discerning eye for quality control Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2o1nc1
