Position Overview Position Title: High School General Recruitment - Teaching Regent Christian Online Academy (RCOA) is seeking talented High School teachers to join our dynamic team. Maintain excellent communication and strong organizational skills to manage student progress. Participate in ongoing professional growth and development. Job Details Job Status: Onsite/Remote/Hybrid Job Type: Full‑Time/Part‑Time/Occasional/Seasonal/Temporary/Contract FTE: 0.2 – 1.0 Work Location: Varies Compensation & Benefits Pay: CA $5,000 – 80,000 annually Benefits: Extended Health & Dental, Pension plan available upon eligibility Requirements & Qualifications Education: Teacher certification by the B.C. Teacher Regulation Branch or the Office of the Inspector of Independent Schools. Faith Requirement: Applicants must be Christian and agree with the RCOA Statement of Faith. Church Participation: Must affirm and support RCAS religious beliefs and actively participate in a Christian church community. Experience: Experience and education related to online learning is an asset but not required.
