Adobe Experience Platform Architect (New Westminster)

Job Title: AEP Architect Location: Remote- Canada Duration: Contract Rate: CAD$100-115/hr INC Job Description/ Responsibilities • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for AJO and AEP capabilities, and support upskilling efforts across the team • Work in a client facing roles and lead the architecture and design of Adobe Experience cloud implementations. • Understand various integration patterns between Adobe experience cloud tools and provide solution to the requirements. • Collaborate and lead technical resources to define technical architecture and solution development. • Contribute to platform governance, best practices, and continuous improvement in journey orchestration • Deliver real-time, personalized member journeys/campaigns that enhance engagement and satisfaction What are the top 3 skills required for this role? • Experience working in Adobe Experience Platform and hands on experience on one or more key modules of RTCDP, CJA, AJO and Data Distiller • Working knowledge on implementing/ enhancing AEP related changes as per technical design specifications • Solid understanding of customer journey logic, event triggers, decision orchestration, and personalization • Understanding of AEP APIs and deployment processes • Understanding of Identity Graph, Query Service, Real time customer profile, Segmentation service, data science workspace • Experience working with customers and digital marketing data and segmentation opportunities, and various measurement and analysis techniques and technologies. • Solid understanding of how websites work to increase customer acquisition, loyalty, and business metrics • In depth understanding of integrated architecture of experience cloud offerings from Adobe • Excellent client management skills, strong written and verbal communications, executive level presence • Sound knowledge & experience of marketing domain spreading across the industry leading tool platforms • Outstanding communication skills, ability to interact and make clients understand the marketing solution lucidly • Ability to come up with alternate solutions/thought processes when presented with a complex technical/functional scenario • Experience of working in on-off model, in multi-vendor environment, team acceptability as per own behavior Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ocmql
