Manager of Distribution Operations in Surrey

This role is integral to managing the distribution center's daily functions, ensuring all shipments are processed accurately and on schedule. You will be responsible for leading a small team and executing effective inventory control and fulfillment processes, all while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Partnering with third-party logistics providers will also be key in meeting shipment priorities.

Key Responsibilities:• Supervise all distribution operations including delivery logistics • Ensure accurate order processing and inventory control • Conduct regular facility maintenance and safety audits • Collaborate with 3PL providers to enhance service levels • Handle training and efforts to improve workplace safety

Requirements:• At least 5 years of leadership experience in distribution • Strong background in logistics and facility management • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA recommended • Effective communication and leadership skills • Continuous improvement certification is an advantage
