In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed correctly and efficiently. Working closely with multiple departments, you will ensure quality communication and accuracy throughout the order flow. A strong commitment to problem-solving and relationship building will be essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:• Serve as the main contact for customer orders • Input customer orders using Syteline ERP system • Communicate effectively with production teams • Address and resolve customer issues promptly • Maintain accurate customer data
Requirements:• Background in customer service with relevant experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment • Competence with Microsoft Office applications
