Be the face of Clutch as a Customer Service and Vehicle Intake Coordinator. Engage customers with exceptional service while conducting thorough vehicle inspections in our state-of-the-art facility.

In this dynamic role, you will ensure customer satisfaction by providing detailed support and inspections for vehicles. The ideal candidate will have two or more years of customer service experience that sharpens your problem-solving skills and enhances the customer experience at Clutch.

Key Responsibilities:• Deliver an outstanding experience at every customer interaction • Inspect and assess vehicles for quality and potential issues • Accurately complete customer paperwork and maintain records • Address and resolve customer needs efficiently • Assist colleagues with various operational tasks as required

Requirements:• High school diploma or equivalent • Over 2 years of customer-facing experience • Valid Class 5 License for British Columbia • Three years of clean driving record without major infractions • Legally authorized to work in Canada
