Travel Agency Manager Surrey

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients and employees. Duties Develop and implement travel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards. Coordinate all travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries. Maintain relationships with travel vendors, negotiating contracts and securing the best rates for services. Monitor travel budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines. Provide support and assistance to travelers before, during, and after their trips, addressing any issues that may arise. Stay informed about industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information to provide accurate advice. Prepare reports on travel activities and expenditures for management review. Experience Proven experience in travel management or a related field is required. Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and tools. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
