Duties Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Provide accurate information about products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and transaction details efficiently Assist with sales processes, including upselling products or services to enhance customer experience Identify customer needs through active listening and analysis skills to recommend suitable solutions Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions Support multilingual customers by communicating fluently in English and Spanish Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service quality Document customer interactions accurately for future reference and analysis Experience Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred Solid data entry skills with attention to detail Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced setting This position is integral to delivering outstanding customer experiences and supporting our company's growth.
