Lash & Brow Artist Subcontractor, Local To Surrey

Job Summary We are seeking a talented and personable Lash & Brow Artist to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing clients’ natural beauty through eyelash services (lash extensions/lifts & tints) and brow services (brow mapping, waxing, tinting and henna, lamination) and other beauty services. This role involves providing exceptional guest services, performing eyelash extension applications, and offering personalized beauty consultations in a welcoming environment. A robust focus on sanitation, customer service, and effective communication is essential to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, ensuring safety and sanitation standards are maintained. Perform careful lash lifts and tints, and brow services Deliver excellent guest services by understanding client needs, offering product demos, and upselling relevant products and services. Maintain a clean and sanitized work workplace in compliance with health regulations. Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and managing retail sales. Educate clients on aftercare routines and product recommendations to promote ongoing client engagement. Engage in retail sales by recommending appropriate products during appointments or at the front desk. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge. Qualifications At least 2 years experience doing eyelash extensions, with proven retention record At least one year experience performing all brow services and lash lists/tints Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Knowledge of sanitation practices within a beauty or spa setting. Excellent communication skills to educate clients about services and products. Experience in retail sales, upselling, or guest services is a plus. Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining professionalism. Certification or training in eyelash extensions or other beauty treatments is desirable but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
