Patton & Cooke Co. – Surrey, BC Patton & Cooke Co. is a manufacturer of high-voltage equipment serving clients worldwide. We are currently hiring a Production Technician to join our Surrey facility. This is a hands-on role suited for individuals who take pride in quality workmanship and consistency in a production setting. Key Responsibilities Assemble and prepare components for high-voltage equipment Pick and stage parts accurately for production orders Perform powder coating and finishing work (training available if needed) Support production workflow across assembly and shop operations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area What We’re Looking For Experience in a manufacturing, production, or shop setting Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures consistently Comfortable working with tools, materials, and repetitive processes Physically capable of lifting and moving materials throughout the shift Able to work independently and contribute to a team environment Powder coating experience is an asset What We Offer Starting wage: $24.50 to $27.50 per hour, based on experience Structured wage increases (after 3 months) Higher starting rate considered for candidates with powder coating or relevant shop experience Full-time, permanent position (Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM) Extended health, dental, and medical benefits (after 3 months) Paid time off Stable, long-term employment with a growing company How to Apply Please submit your resume by Indeed or email.
