Customer Service Representative (Surrey)

Job description

Established in 2012, BlackboxMyCar is the largest distributor of dash cams in North America. We partner with the best-in-class manufacturers to bring top-quality dash cams at the best prices to consumers, combined with providing the most in-depth information available to ensure that our customers are always making informed purchasing decisions.

We are currently looking for a hardworking and dynamic Customer Service & RMA Specialist. The working days would be Tuesday to Saturday with Sunday and Monday off.

THE POSITION WILL NEED YOU TO

• Greet & assist customers via phone, email, in-person, text message, and live chat
• Deal with customer sales inquiries, technical support, and general customer service
• Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
• Assist the sales supervisor and manager in other reasonably assigned duties and responsibilities
• Process, test and refurbish consumer returns.

YOU WILL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU ARE

• Precision-oriented
• A great communicator
• Able to type at least 55 WPM
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.)
• Experience with CRM systems
• Interested in the auto industry
• Interested in technology

IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAVE

• Previous customer service experience
• Familiarity with dash cams
• Familiarity with vehicles (know the make and model of most vehicles)
