Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist (Surrey)

Job Summary Primary responsibilities for this position include the collection of outstanding accounts and dispute resolution for our group of trucking companies. Location 11398 Bridgeview Dr, Surrey BC V3R 0C2 Work Schedule Training shift is Monday-Friday 08:00-4:30pm Job Requirements - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Fluent in English - 1-2 years experience in Collections and/or AR - Ability to problem solve - Ability to investigate and elevate customer complaints and billing discrepancies for resolution - Ability to identify, review and create action plans to effectively deal with delinquent accounts - Proficient in all Microsoft applications. Especially Excel & Outlook, ability to merge documents and be familiar with general computer applications (creating folders/navigating through different hard drives, etc) - Friendly, outgoing, detail oriented individual with valuable handwritten and oral skills - Transportation knowledge an asset - Only qualified candidates already living in Surrey, BC and its surroundings, are invited to submit a resume for immediate consideration.
