RAIEDA, a family based in Surrey, British Columbia, is seeking a nurturing and reliable nanny to care for their 18 month old toddler and assist with 6year old who is mostly at school and is very independent. This is a live-out, part-time position with a focus on childcare and light housekeeping. The family is offering a competitive wage of $20 per hour. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in caring for infants and young children, and will be responsible for creating a safe and stimulating setting. Duties will include feeding, diaper changing, engaging in developmentally-appropriate activities, and school pick-ups. Additionally, light housekeeping duties such as tidying play areas and children''s laundry will be required. School pick up and being able to drive is optional and not mandatory for the job. Toddler goes to day care and help is needed in early morning hours to get ready for school and possible after school and weekends as well.
