Clinical Nurse Consultant-International - surrey, Surrey

We support patients globally with expert guidance, education, and care navigation tailored to their unique cultural, medical, and regional contexts. WIN is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant with a background in women's health-including fertility, menopause, maternity, or reproductive endocrinology to provide virtual coaching and advisory services. This is a remote, contract-based role with flexible scheduling and no employee benefits. Key Responsibilities Patient Coaching Services - Provide virtual coaching sessions to patients focused on family building and family well-being topics. - Deliver evidence-based education aligned with Canadian and international healthcare considerations. - Support patients navigating global family-building perks and care pathways. - Maintain availability during pre-scheduled standby time for patient sessions. Advisory Services - Contribute clinical expertise to international program design and enhancement. - Participate in executive, clinical, and customer-facing meetings as a subject matter expert. - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliant and culturally appropriate content. Qualifications - Current Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with a Canadian provincial regulatory body. - Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience in women's health: fertility experience strongly preferred. - Fluency in English AND French Canadian (required). - Experience providing virtual education, coaching, or care navigation services. - Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote, contract-based environment. Compensation - Competitive per-session rate for coaching services. - Hourly compensation for advisory and strategic services. - Monthly invoicing; payment within 30 days of invoice approval.
