Description
Responsibilities The Office Manager for Express Lumpers will be expected to do the following among other assigned tasks: - Implement new administrative procedures - Review and evaluate current administrative procedures - Delegate work to office support staff - Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met - Carry out administrative activities of establishment - Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation - Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services - Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls - Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence - Perform data entry - Train staff - Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures - Resolve conflict situations - Monitor and evaluate - Oversee payroll administration - Plan and control budget and expenditures Key Success Factors Computer and Technology Knowledge - Electronic Mail (E-Mail) - Microsoft Office - Microsoft Word - Google Drive (Google Suite) Transportation/Travel Information - Own transportation - Willing to travel - Valid driver's licence Work conditions and physical capabilities - Ability to work independently - Fast‑paced environment - Work under pressure - Tight deadlines - Attention to detail Personal suitability - Productive interpersonal skills - Excellent oral communication - Excellent written communication - Flexibility - Organized - Reliable - Capable of multitasking - Time Management - Adaptable - Has integrity - Team player Application Eligibility We accept applications from: - Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary residents of Canada - Other candidates with or without a valid Canadian work permit Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pbc1o
