Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our marketing, branding, and product teams to create visually compelling designs that communicate our brand’s message and resonate with our target audience. You will be responsible for producing high-quality graphics across a variety of platforms, including digital, print, and social media. Key Responsibilities - Design Creation: Conceptualize and produce visually engaging designs for a range of materials including websites, social media posts, advertisements, brochures, banners, and packaging. - Brand Consistency: Ensure that all design work aligns with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints. - Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and teams to ensure designs meet objectives, deadlines, and quality standards. - Creative Ideation: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help develop new design concepts, layouts, and visual solutions. - File Preparation: Prepare and optimize files for both print and digital use, ensuring correct file formats and specifications. - User Experience (UX) Focus: Create designs that enhance user experience, particularly for web and mobile interfaces, ensuring designs are intuitive and user-friendly. - Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with current design trends, tools, and techniques, and incorporate these into your work when relevant. - Revisions & Feedback: Incorporate feedback and revisions from stakeholders to refine and finalize designs. Required Skills & Qualifications - Proven Experience: Minimum of 4 years of qualified graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate, agency, freelance, etc. setting. - Software Proficiency: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and other design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar. - Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both print and digital design, showcasing a range of creative work and technical skills. - Attention to Detail: Strong eye for design aesthetics, color theory, typography, and layout. - Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Creative Problem-Solving: A creative thinker with the ability to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table. - Education: A degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred). Preferred Qualifications - Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro). - Familiarity with web design principles or content management systems (CMS).
