Benefits & Perks - Compensation: $60,000–$100,000 base salary plus commission. - Fully onsite in the client’s New Westminster, BC office with regular travel for client meetings and networking activities. - Car allowance provided. Responsibilities - Develop and maintain relationships with Property Managers, Facility Managers, General Contractors, and Commercial Clients. - Generate recent business opportunities focused on recurring property maintenance contracts. - Identify cross‑selling opportunities for mechanical contracting, commercial tenant improvement, and general contracting services. - Attend networking events, industry functions, walkthroughs, and client meetings throughout the Lower Mainland. - Conduct site visits and coordinate with internal project and operations teams. - Prepare proposals and support the development of client solutions and service offerings. - Maintain ongoing client relationships to drive repeat business and long‑term partnerships. - Track opportunities, maintain pipeline visibility, and support business growth initiatives. - Collaborate directly with ownership and leadership on strategic growth opportunities. Qualifications - 2–5 years of Business Development experience within construction, property maintenance, mechanical contracting, or related subcontracting industries. - Strong relationship‑building, networking, and communication skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently generate and close new business opportunities. - Self‑starter mentality with a strong desire for professional and financial growth. - Comfortable working in a highly client‑facing and networking‑driven environment. - Previous experience selling maintenance contracts or subcontracting services is considered an asset. - Strong organizational and pipeline management abilities. - Valid Driver’s License required. - Continuous learner with a growth‑oriented mindset and strong personal accountability.
