Job details Location AVE Surrey , BC V3V 0E8 Salary 37.00 hourly / 40 hours per week Terms of employment Permanent employment Full time Starts as soon as possible Source Job Bank # Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 2 years to less than 3 years Responsibilities Implement new administrative procedures Review and evaluate recent administrative procedures Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met Carry out administrative activities of establishment Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures Computer and technology knowledge MS Excel MS Office MS Outlook MS Word Work conditions and physical capabilities Rapid-paced workplace Work under pressure Personal suitability Flexibility Reliability Who can apply for this job? a permanent resident of Canada a temporary resident of Canada with a valid work permit Do not apply if you are not authorized to work in Canada.
