Assistant Manager (Future Store Manager) – Queens Cannabis Co. Locations: Delta, Surrey, New Westminster, Langley We’re looking for motivated leaders to join our team as Assistant Managers, with the clear intention of quickly developing into Store Manager roles. This is a growth-focused opportunity for someone ready to step into leadership, take ownership of store operations, and build strong, high-performing teams. What You’ll Do: - Support and lead daily store operations to ensure an efficient, organized, and compliant retail environment - Assist in hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching staff while fostering a positive, customer-focused team culture - Drive sales performance by supporting KPIs, promotions, and merchandising standards - Ensure full compliance with cannabis legislation, company policies, and health & safety requirements - Oversee scheduling, inventory management, product intake, stock organization, and store presentation - Manage cash handling, deposits, and loss prevention procedures - Act as a point of escalation for customer and staff concerns, ensuring issues are resolved professionally - Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation - Support store performance through problem-solving, operational improvements, and team development - Step into full store leadership responsibilities as you progress into a Store Manager role What We’re Looking For: - Retail leadership experience (Assistant Manager or Supervisor level preferred) - Strong understanding of sales, KPIs, and team development - Highly organized with solid operational and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a quick-paced, compliance-driven environment - Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends - Cannabis retail experience is an asset but not required Compliance Expectations: All team members are required to adhere to: - Cannabis retail legislation and company policies - Cash handling and loss prevention procedures - Sales targets and KPI expectations - Confidentiality and privacy standards - Customer service expectations - Health and safety regulations If you’re ready to grow into a Store Manager role and take the next step in your retail leadership career, we’d love to hear from you.
