Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability Diagnose issues and execute root‑cause problem solving Support equipment installs, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects Maintain systems like air compressors, pumps, and vacuum systemsDocument work and keep operations aligned with maintenance plans Keep your workspace—and the plant—safe, clean, and efficient What You Bring

5+ years of hands‑on maintenance experience in manufacturing Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Experience in plastics/blow molding is a major plus Red Seal Millwright certification is a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a team Must have your own tools Work Environment
