The Student Recruitment unit supports and guides prospective undergraduate students throughout the recruitment life cycle, from initial inquiry to admission. Our goal is to deliver a positive, seamless applicant experience by maintaining a student-centered approach in all aspects of our work. We operate as a highly integrated team, working in close partnership with key undergraduate service units, including Admissions and Enrollment, Academic Advising, and Student Experience. Through these partnerships, we ensure a consistent, coordinated approach to supporting students at every stage of their journey. About the Role The Coordinator, Student Recruitment delivers day to day recruitment programming and initiatives in order to achieve enrollment targets for the Beedie School of Business, Undergraduate Programs. The Coordinator plans, executes and assesses recruiting visits, events and presentations at a variety of on-campus and off-campus educational, community, and qualified settings in consultation with the supervisor. The position advises and recruits prospective students, and supports internal and external recruitment stakeholders, undertaking the research, data analysis, and stakeholder management necessary to successfully achieve recruitment and enrollment targets.
