We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dispatcher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of dispatching experience and strong knowledge of oversize and overweight shipments within the transportation industry. This is a full‑time position requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a rapid‑paced environment.Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule freight movement for oversize/overweight shipments Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations Monitor driver progress and ensure on‑time pickups and deliveries Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and permits for oversize/overweight loadsMaintain accurate records and dispatch logs Resolve issues or delays effectively and efficiently Requirements

Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience (required) Strong knowledge of oversize/overweight shipments, permits, and routing Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (required) Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Proficient with dispatch software and general computer applicationsAbility to work independently and as part of a team Job Types: Full‑time, Permanent Pay: $123.00 per hour Work Location: In person
