We are looking for a coordinator with at least two years of HR experience and a relevant post-secondary degree. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and be familiar with HRIS systems, particularly Ceridian Dayforce. Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail are essential for navigating daily tasks and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:• Serve as the HR contact for employee inquiries • Manage the centralized AskHR inbox efficiently • Handle processes in Ceridian Dayforce, including reports • Conduct data audits for employee bonuses and awards • Update employment documents and communicate changes

Requirements:• Post-secondary education in HR or related field • Minimum two years of HR experience required • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems preferred • Strong organizational and time-management skills
