An established global engineering consulting organization is seeking a Leading Geotechnical Engineer to join its team of experts. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to complex infrastructure and underground projects while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Role Summary

The successful candidate will support the delivery of engineering analysis, design, and technical documentation for tunnels and underground structures, including deep shafts, cut-and-cover systems, mined tunnels, and caverns. Projects may span transportation, infrastructure, bridges, and hydroelectric developments. This role also includes coordination responsibilities between stakeholders and internal teams, requiring strong technical expertise and project management capabilities.Key Responsibilities

Coordinate geotechnical and seismic engineering activities across projects Collaborate with clients, contractors, designers, and multidisciplinary stakeholders Manage project tasks including budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and quality control Perform and review engineering analyses, including seismic assessments and soil‑structure interactionInterpret geotechnical data to inform design of foundations, retaining systems, underground, and marine structures Prepare and review technical documentation such as reports, memoranda, and design drawings Support digital delivery and information management throughout project lifecycles Qualifications&Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related discipline Professional Engineer designation (or eligibility) Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in geotechnical and seismic design Experience with underground structures such as tunnels, caverns, and foundationsFamiliarity with North American engineering standards and codes Experience with design and analysis software (e.g., geotechnical modeling tools, CAD, parametric design platforms) Core Competencies
