In this position, you will support clients efficiently by dispatching incoming calls and managing service requests while advocating for their best interests. You will also distribute benefit enrollment materials and work closely with management to update and refine your understanding of current offerings and policies.
Key Responsibilities:• Manage incoming customer service calls and requests • Distribute benefit materials and assess eligibility criteria • Dispatch and return calls in a timely manner • Explain personalized policies using our Needs Analysis system • Respond to client inquiries with a focus on solutions
Requirements:• Must be enthusiastic and self-driven • Strong communication skills for remote communications • Willingness to learn about products and policies • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple client needs • Commitment to delivering exceptional service Advocacy
