About the Role As a Machine Operator, you will be a key part of our production team, supporting daily manufacturing activities across encapsulation, blending, granulation, and packaging operations. This role is well suited to individuals who enjoy hands-on technical work, value accuracy and cleanliness, and take pride in working within a regulated GMP environment. You will work a condensed Monday–Thursday schedule (6:00 am – 4:30 pm) and report directly to the Production Manager. Starting wage: $25.00 per hour, depending on related experience and background. What You’ll Do - Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment rooms - Operate encapsulation, blending, granulation, and packaging equipment - Clean, sanitize, and assist with setup and disassembly of equipment and components - Complete accurate production and batch documentation in accordance with SOPs - Perform in-process checks and support quality requirements - Safely operate forklifts to move materials and finished products - Troubleshoot production issues in collaboration with team members - Follow all safety, GMP, and food safety requirements - Support continuous improvement initiatives and audit readiness What We’re Looking For - Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly - Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience using hand tools - Forklift certification or safe forklift operating experience (preferred) - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, sometimes repetitively - Ability to take instruction, work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Working knowledge of GMP or food safety principles - Basic math skills such as calculating percentages, decimals and rounding What We Offer - Full-time, permanent employment - Extended health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance - Paid time off - Casual dress - On-site parking - A secure, well-established GMP manufacturing setting - Training and support to help you succeed in the role How to Apply Please submit your resume through Indeed for our review.
