Cascadia Metals is actively seeking qualified candidates for the position of Warehouse Worker in our surrey branch. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of work and likes to assist wherever needed. Responsibilities - Operating a forklift or willing to be trained on one - Unwrapping coil and preparing it for manufacturing - Moving and loading coil onto machinery - Wrapping and strapping finished product - Building pallets when needed - Assisting the operator as needed - Tagging and marking required material - Follow production plans - Strip coil and assist the Machine Operator - Maintaining a clean and orderly environment Skills - Punctuality - Attention to detail and excellent communication skills - Adhering to instruction - Cautious of safety - Ability to use a computer Word, Excel, Outlook - Must be able to lift comfortable up to 50 lbs.
