The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest services, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons. Previous restaurant experience and solid communication skills are highly valued. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservation seating arrangements Escort guests to their tables and present menus with enthusiasm Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service Address guest inquiries promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience Clear tables and assist with maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area Handle phone reservations and inquiries with qualified phone etiquette Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow Assist in setting up dining areas for special events or busy periods as needed Experience Previous experience in guest services, serving, or hospitality is preferred but not required Familiarity with food service operations and restaurant procedures is advantageous Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus Strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service are essential Hotel or hospitality experience can be beneficial but is not mandatory Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously This role offers an engaging work environment where friendly interaction and excellent service are valued.
