Lean Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Engineer (Surrey)

Contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives as a Continuous Improvement Engineer at IEM in Surrey, B.C. This hands-on role emphasizes data-driven process improvements and standard work documentation. As part of IEM's team, you will report to the Continuous Improvement Manager and play a key role in supporting kaizen events focused on improving operations. Engage with cross-functional teams to implement lean principles and coach others in continuous improvement practices. Your involvement will directly impact business system maturity and operational efficiency.
