As the Lead Instructor for the Primary Care Paramedic program, you will be responsible for leading instructional delivery and fostering a high standard of education. This role encompasses supervision of sessional faculty, mentorship of new educators, and ensuring resources align with student needs. Your ability to evaluate and support student progress is essential, as is your involvement in curriculum development and maintaining program accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and deliver the PCP program curriculum both online and in-person • Mentor and supervise additional instructional staff • Evaluate and communicate student performance effectively • Provide resources for at-risk learners and track progress • Assist in curriculum updates and program accreditation efforts

Requirements: • 5 years of recent Primary Care Paramedic experience • Robust leadership and organizational capabilities • Excellent communication skills in various formats • Collaborative experience with educational teams • Travel availability as needed
