LINC Program ESL Instructor Role, Surrey

Elevate adult education by becoming a LINC Program ESL Instructor. Deliver valuable ESL instruction while supporting students in their settlement journey.

In this role, you will provide English language instruction under the LINC framework to adult learners at beginner and intermediate levels. Your responsibilities include evaluating student progress, creating effective curriculum materials, and facilitating a comfortable learning atmosphere. This position is crucial for helping adult students succeed and integrate into the community.

Key Responsibilities:• Teach within the LINC program, following IRCC guidelines • Develop engaging lesson plans and instructional materials • Regularly assess and document student progress • Handle administrative tasks and maintain student records • Contribute to curriculum enhancements through active participation

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree and accredited TESL certification • Relevant experience in adult ESL education for at least 1 year • Understanding of CLBs and PBLA essential • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Criminal Record Check is a mandatory requirement
