Key Responsibilities:• Greet all visitors and introduce them to their host • Answer inbound calls promptly on a multiline system • Serve customers in lounge areas ensuring comfort • Maintain a tidy workspace and stocked customer lounge • Book service appointments in software system

Requirements:• Experience in a customer-facing role preferred • Familiarity with automotive industry beneficial • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Must complete a satisfactory Criminal Record Check
