Senior Full Stack Web Developer- Remote (Surrey)

Job Title: Senior Web Developer We are looking for a full‑stack Senior Web Developer with strong front‑end expertise. This role is ideal for someone highly skilled in building and optimizing contemporary websites, who understands technical LLM visibility and SEO, and is comfortable working across performance, security, integrations, and emerging AI visibility requirements. This is a great prospect for someone who wants to work on high‑impact web projects and help shape how our digital presence performs across both traditional search and AI‑driven discovery. Reports To: Search Experience Manager Key Responsibilities Developing, maintaining, and improving our websites with a strong focus on front‑end quality, UX, speed, and performance. Implement clean, semantic, and scalable code aligned with modern development standards. Managing back‑end updates and integrations to support website functionality. Setting up and managing Cloudflare dashboards, including performance, security, DNS, caching, and related configurations. Supporting website accessibility, technical LLM/GEO/SEO, and site health improvements. Facilitating AI bot access to the website where appropriate and helping improve the website’s visibility across AI search and answer engines. Working closely with the marketing team to support landing pages, campaign tracking, conversion optimization, and web analytics requirements. Troubleshoot technical issues across hosting environments, integrations, deployments, and third‑party tools. Monitor and improve website reliability, uptime, and security. Bot management and traffic control. Qualifications & Experience Strong experience in front‑end development, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, responsive design, and modern frameworks. Ability to manage back‑end requirements and collaborate with technical teams when needed. Experience with Cloudflare, website security, DNS, hosting environments, and performance optimization. Understanding technical LLM visibility and SEO, structured data, crawlability, and AI visibility best practices. Experience working with marketing teams, analytics tools, tracking pixels, and conversion‑focused web projects. Knowledge of accessibility compliance standards (WCAG). A proactive, detail‑oriented developer who can take ownership and recommend solutions.
