Why Join Us? - Become a part of our small and determined team - Hands-on role with opportunities for significant impact - Potential to grow into leadership positions - Work in a collaborative, fast-paced, dynamic environment Responsibilities: - Execute tasks operating wood processing machinery - Visually grade lumber while operating machinery - Work in the finishing line patching & painting finished timbers - Monitor product quality during production - Startup/Shutdown machinery according to operator specifications - Set up, calibrate, and maintain wood processing machinery - Contribute to the team and have a positive impact - Keep a clean workspace and operating workplace What We’re Looking For: - A strong willingness to learn and keen sense of urgency - Physically fit, able to lift multiple boards of lumber - Can walk up to 10,000 steps per shift without issue - Mechanically inclined with problem-solving skills - Comfortable using tools like drills, grinders, and various saws - Ability to detect equipment and machinery issues - Proactive, adaptable, and unafraid to tackle tasks - Comfortable operating a forklift is a plus Learn more about us at CureWood.co Please do not show up to our site unannounced.
