Contract Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Medical Doctor (MD) – Hormone Therapy Specialist Location: Luminary Health and Longevity Clinic Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Medical Doctor (MD) to join our growing naturopathic wellness and aesthetics clinic on a contractual basis. This role is ideal for a provider who is enthusiastic about bioidentical hormone therapy, patient-centered care, and integrative health approaches. Key Responsibilities - Assess and manage patients seeking bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT). - Prescribe and manage protocols including DHEA, Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), Anastrozole, and other hormone-related medications. - Utilize Biote methodology and protocols (training is required prior to onboarding). - Collaborate closely with our team of naturopaths, RNs and wellness staff to develop integrative treatment plans. - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as clinically indicated. - Provide education to patients on hormonal health, lifestyle and supplement recommendations as needed. Requirements - Current, unrestricted NP or MD license in British Columbia, Canada. - Malpractice insurance coverage. - Willingness to complete Biote training and certification prior to or during onboarding. - Experience or strong interest in BHRT, functional medicine or men’s/women’s hormonal health. - Familiarity with prescribing compounded medications and interpreting lab results related to hormonal panels. - Comfort working autonomously and collaboratively in a naturopathic setting. - Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care. Preferred Experience (Assets, Not Mandatory) - Experience in integrative, functional or naturopathic medical settings. - Background in aesthetics, weight management or longevity medicine. - Interest in IV therapy, peptide therapy or metabolic optimization. - Comfort with EMRs and maintaining detailed treatment notes.
