Lead Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer (Surrey)

Take charge as a Lead Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer, specializing in configuration and customization. This role focuses on enhancing PolicyCenter solutions in production environments with hands-on expertise. We are looking for a highly experienced developer with over six years of Guidewire experience to lead the design and implementation of PolicyCenter. This role emphasizes the creation of scalable solutions, managing various insurance products, and providing technical leadership to junior team members. Key Responsibilities: • Design and configure PolicyCenter for insurance products • Develop underwriting rules and business logic using Gosu • Enhance UI components and data models with PCF • Implement quality validation and error-handling protocols • Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews Requirements: • 6+ years of Guidewire development experience • Strong skills in PolicyCenter and Gosu • Proven experience in UI and data model enhancements • Solid understanding of insurance policy lifecycle • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent Lead the development of creative PolicyCenter solutions and enhance your Guidewire expertise.
