Overview We are seeking a reliable and experienced Local Truck Driver - Class 1 to join our team. Responsibilities - Safely operate Class 1 commercial trucks for local freight deliveries and pickups. - . - Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. - Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs. - Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to coordinate delivery schedules. - Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary to ensure vehicle operability. - Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during daily operations. - Assist with warehouse duties such as inventory management or equipment operation when required. Requirements - Valid Class 1 commercial driver’s license (CDL) with minim 2 year experience. - Proven experience in commercial driving, freight handling, or related fields. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Good communication skills for interacting with team members and clients. - A clean driving record and commitment to safety standards are essential.
