Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing menu items efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities - Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards - Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients - Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations - Maintain cleanliness of work stations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders - Monitor ingredient levels and notify management of shortages or supplies needed - Follow all food safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure quality - Support the overall operation of the kitchen during busy service hours Requirements - Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred - Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly - Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling procedures - Strong understanding of the food industry best practices - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent teamwork skills and positive attitude towards customer service - Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed Join our team as a Line Cook to bring your culinary skills to life while providing memorable dining experiences for our guests.
