In this role, you will support members of your team by carrying out administrative tasks in accordance with Bank policies, standards, and procedures. Your role: - Warmly welcome clients to the branch and direct them to the right resource - Analyze client accounts to prepare for activities that support investment advisors in their business development - Open and update client files - Coordinate advisor agendas, schedule appointments, and prepare clients meetings - Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules - Provide top-quality customer service in person, on the phone, and via email - Help coordinate events and conferences with internal/external partners - Carry out various daily administrative activities (e.g., mail, distribute and file documents, order supplies) - Keep the branch tidy and organized Your team: National Bank Financial – Wealth Management, is the fifth largest brokerage firm in Canada. We have close to 1,000 investment advisors who manage the assets of more than 400,000 clients in about 100 branches.
