As the Team Lead Server, you’ll report directly to the Manager and enhance our guest experience through top-tier service and staff mentorship. This role requires a proactive leader with 3+ years of high-volume serving experience, compliance knowledge, and flexibility in scheduling. You will help maintain service quality, particularly during peak times, while supporting the overall operations of our vibrant restaurant.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional table service in a unique racing atmosphere • Oversee service quality during peak post-time rushes • Assist the Manager with administrative tasks and operational flow • Ensure compliance with GPEB and BCLC standards

Requirements: • 3 or more years of high-volume serving experience • Valid Serving It Right certification or equivalent • Strong leadership skills in high-pressure situations • Adaptable availability for weekday and weekend shifts
