Front Desk / Administrative Assistant Newmarket

Valliquette Chiropractic is seeking a friendly, organized, and skilled Front Desk / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy healthcare setting, and takes pride in providing excellent patient service. You will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. Responsibilities: Greeting patient in person and by phone in a welcoming, professional manner Schedule, confirm and mange patient appointments Support daily administrative and office tasks Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Answer inquires and provide clear information to patients and practitioners Process payments and bookings, assist with insurance billing and claims Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with privacy requirements (PHIPA) Previous experience in a chiropractic, medical, physiotherapy or wellness clinic Experience using the Jane App / Jane software for scheduling and billing Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour Perks: Casual dress On-site parking Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2oqave
