Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized, positive and personable Front Desk Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. As a Front Desk Administrator, you will handle various administrative tasks, manage appointments, and provide outstanding customer service to our clients. Responsibilities: - Greet clients and visitors in a warm and friendly manner - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally - Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar - Verify insurance information and process payments - Fax, email, and call to coordinate and follow-up with many aspects of patient care - Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality - Coordinate with healthcare professionals and other staff members to ensure efficient clinic operations - Keep the reception area clean and organized - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry - Provide information about our services and assist clients with any questions or concerns Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred - Knowledge of Family Health Organizations (FHOs) and experience in Medical Clinics - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office - Knowledge of medical terminology and experience in a healthcare setting - Candidates must be available to work some evenings Benefits: - Opportunities for professional development and growth.
