Role Overview The Service Advisor is the front office leader and a critical part of our operation. This role requires mental toughness, professionalism, accountability, and strong decision-making. This is not an entry-level role and not a temporary position. Selection & Evaluation Process - Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a 3-day unpaid evaluation/training period - This period is used to assess: - Communication and customer handling - Ability to work under pressure - Learning speed and accuracy - Professional conduct - Only candidates who meet our standards will receive a formal job offer and 5-year contract If you are not comfortable with this process, do not apply.
